lets your computer communicate with another so that you can run programs or access information stored on the remote computer.
From the Start button select Programs, then ``SSH Secure Shell'' and finally ``Secure Shell Client''. Select Connect on the File menu to display the Connect to Remote Host dialog box and enter the name of the computer you want to connect to in the ``Host name'' box. Enter your username and any other information and click on Connect. Once connected you can continue as if you were sitting at that computer.
