This course was developed as part of the Technician Training Program and as such, assumes little computing experience. Most, but not all, new postgraduates have already used a range of computers and so will find much of the information here redundant. Hopefully though, even the most hardened will find something to interest them! Listed below are the members of the IT support staff who should be able to help with most of the problems that you encounter - at least in the first few days.
