Further Notes:

University of Oxford:

D. Waters will be based in Fermilab as soon as possible (Jan. 99).

The Oxford R.A. posisiton will be based at Fermilab (Oct. 98) and the advertisements for that position are already out.

The Oxford Student would start in the summer of 1999 and Oxford would expect to keep a student at Fermilab from that point on.
