If the Explorer is open type in the search string in the Search dialog box on the top right hand corner of the window, if Explorer is not open click the Start button type in the Search programs and files box. The '*' character can be used as a wildcard character to indicate any character(s). Entering information in the ``Containing text:'' and Search options will narrow the search area.
